"The house was exactly as described and just what all our families needed for our stay during Cooperstown week! House was clean and all was available that was shown in amenities. The only issue was the grill was pretty dirty that we had to clean it very thoroughly to use it and we could have use at least one big pot for cooking. "This property is very well maintained with a beautiful view and lots of space for a family. Jennifer and her husband are personable, respond quickly to questions and are attentive. "This was the best experience my family and I had. The Host was amazing meet every need and simply was so genuine and nice. The cabin was so cozy ,clean and cute. Wifi can get tricky but when you have the days where its raining and you can sit on the covered balcony it allows you to sit back and just take all the nature in. "Although it is very buggy because it backs up to a marsh/pond area the house was perfect for my family. It was clean and ready to go on time. It had everything you needed to cook and clean including towels and sheets. The owner was lovely as well and gave us some great recommendations on where to eat. Lastly, it is less than 20 minutes to Dreams Park and downtown Cooperstown! It really was a great location!"
