"The space was just what we needed for my husband and I. The space would be small for more than two people. The table was awkward to access and only had the one bench, no chairs for the opposite side. We only slept there because we were busy with our grandson's baseball tournament. It was so quiet and peaceful. We did not cook at all or have time to enjoy the beautiful outdoor area, although we did enjoy watching the family of turkeys in the morning. "The house was very clean and well equipped. The house manager was very nice and it was easy to get in and out. I didn’t realize there was no central AC. AC units were in all of the bedrooms. I opened windows as AC units were loud. It is off a county highway, the cars driving by were loud with the windows open. It was clean, has a washer and dryer and was spacious. It was nice to have a refrigerator and 2 full bathrooms. It was very close to the Dreams Park and that is why we selected this...

"My family and I stayed while our son played at Dreams Park. Excellent location and perfect for 4 of us! The pool was great to keep my other kids entertained during down time. Multiple shared washers and dryers were a great perk! The open field was also great for my children to play volleyball and wiffle ball! Would definitely stay again!"

"This is a Cooperstown gem! Sandra is a great host and very responsive. As for the property, a great location and short ride from Dreams Park and downtown Cooperstown. Plenty of space for a few families and the adjacent cottage was an added bonus that let us spread out a little more. Can't forget the pool out back and the woods all around. Highly recommend to all looking!"

"We enjoyed the cabin. Was clean and well maintained. Great view and beach. Wish we could have jumped from one of the two docks but they are both restricted for boat owners only. That was a disappointment and not mentioned in the listing. Otherwise, great location, clean, and a good view."
