"The place was nice and worked for what we needed. I liked the keyless entry. Made things very easy.Place was cleanThings were labeled, trash, recycle, etc. We did not have cell service (verizon carrier) at the house, so we were grateful the wi-fi.We did not contact the property manager. Check in was simple and check out there was a checklist to follow."

"We had the most amazing time at the Pump House! The house was clean, up to date, and beautiful. The property was an absolute dream. Our dogs thoroughly enjoyed the trails, fields, and ponds on the property and we enjoyed watching the deer and fox in the morning. The hosts were very warm, welcoming, and helpful. "We had a great time at the house. My family was celebrating the graduation of my son. It was a good 35/40 min from Cornell but was a nice location for us since we got away from the business of the Ithaca area. Hosts were very accommodating and friendly. House was immaculate. "

"Beautiful hotel in general. Lovely bar and restaurant. Staff was friendly, pool was nice and fitness center was amazing! The only reason I give it a 4 out of 5 is that what I deem to be the single most important items in a hotel - the mattress and pillows - were sorely lacking and very disappointing. The mattress was stiff and felt old while the pillows fell flat within seconds of laying on them. The nights sleep was restless and uncomfortable. The amenities are top notch but the actual...

"I stay at this hotel when I need one in Elmira...I have never had an issue except for with Wi-Fi...in certain rooms it doesn't work, but I request by the pool so i don't mind...its not a business trip just someplace to take my grandkids to swim and hangout"
