"Prior to checking in the host sends you a code for the front door, your room is open and the key is in it. I had a great little room perfect size for one or two people that plan to spend days and evenings out exploring. I’m definitely considering this location next time I head south."

"We had a late flight into Cancun and chose this hotel to spend the night before checking in to a resort the next day. We think we will come back on a different vacation to use this hotel and do tours instead of a resort because it is so reasonably priced and is located right off of Quinta Avenida. Check in was incredibly smooth, and the hosts were wonderful.
They do not lie that the noise is very loud from the nightclub next door. They had provided ear plugs for our stay, which was a wonderful...

"This used to be the cutest family ran operation. Was planning for a week but checked out after 3 days due to lack of service.
Noted:
A hassle to book or renew at front desk.
No housekeeping
No breakfast other than dirty dishes left on table on rooftop
Both days maintenance man did go behind closed doors and found me a coffee."

"This is one of my favorite hotels in the whole PDC, Quintana Roo area of Mexico. This was my third time staying here and as a solo female traveler I always feel safe, comfortable and relaxed. I love the staff here; they're amazing! The rooftop is one of the most beautiful and peaceful spaces I've come across here. Steps away from the beach and a block away from 5th avenue, yet very quiet. Communication with the host has always been great for me. I love it here and I'm sure I will be back very...
