"Poor Customer Service and Lack of Accountability My stay at this Hilton property was extremely disappointing and fell far below the standards I expected from such a well-known hotel brand. Throughout my stay, I experienced several issues with my room. The air conditioning was not functioning properly, the bathroom sink was not draining correctly, the room telephone was not working, and the electrical outlets near the bed were completely nonfunctional. "The best thing about this hotel is its location. The one guy in the front lobby at reception is rude. Very nasty. My first night here I saw a huge cockroach , I called the front desk the guy said is it coming from the air conditioner. I used my light on my camera and there it was he hit it is ran, then jumped down the he hit it...

"Me gustó el lugar, cumplió con las expectativas."

"Room very clean, bed comfortable, many closets , has iron , hair drier, a little refrigerator, a table for two people, a big window from you can look outside, the great monument. Even though it doesn’t have a restaurant, nearby there are some nice places and food trucks. The staff are friendly and welcoming. The swimming pool is clean enough to be use. No Casino there, but it has bars in the premises. In the morning you can enjoy a traditional Dominican breakfast. For me the update is very good...
