"We need to visit this area several times a year. It's close to Cooperstown an easy drive along the lake with a price that is reasonable. Rooms are recently renovated and well maintained. Staff and owners are easy to communicate with. The information needed for check in, stay and departure were easily laid out. If you need a place to stay while having business to do in the Cooperstown area, I highly recommend KC's and best of all your pet is welcome."

"My husband and I had a great stay! It was very clean and communication was very easy with the hosts. The small fridge in the room was wonderful!"

"House was wonderful. The owner Kim was easy to get in touch with. Although we didn't get to spend much time during the day, it was a great place to sleep. We were here for our grandsons baseball tournament. Next time we will rent for a vacation!"

"We had a wonderful week. The views of the lake and the colorful garden were both highlights. The house was comfortable and lovely."

"Sweet, clean, picturesque little motel."

"Being called the Baseball Hotel would make one think there would be something related to baseball on the premiiiNothing. The outside was a mess incuding the cheap sign they tacked up outside. Not a sioulsis roun"

"Bien"

"It was good but the heat and ac system was hard to use."
