"This property is in the heart of downtown Grand Rapids, surrounded by amazing restaurants and unique shops. The staff is extremely polite and helpful. The rooms are quiet; I would have not known that anyone one else was in the hotel had I not seen them in the lobby or on the elevator. They make the best scrambled eggs I've ever had at a RI! I highly recommend this hotel. I will certainly stay there again the next time I return to GR to visit family."

"We love the hotel and choose to stay every time we go to Frankenmuth. Nothing personal with the hotel itself but all hotels would be nicer if they were adult only. "Hotel was very comfortable, great location. I wouldn’t recommend parking there, it’s $40 a night and the valet service takes forever, when leaving, it took me an hour to get my car, I really wished I parked in the parking lot at front of the hotel for $20. "
