"Loved the space, we had booked a studio and they said they upgraded us!! It was a very large space given Hong Kong standards, with a sitting area and small kitchenette. Loved that they had a washer/dryer unit in the room. Only drawback was the uphill walk to the hotel. We were able to do it with large suitcases but it wasn’t very fun! But the staff was very nice and even helped me carry my suitcase down the few steps when I was checking out. Overall would stay again!"

"The room is very small compared to the taken pictures. It smells a lot. The AC drips water onto my bed and the deposit is very expensive. I will never come back again and many things are broken. The customer service is very bad and unprofessional."
