"There was no running water in the showers as I say that there were (3) showers and it was an old school with beds for 8 people with 3 bathrooms. It was not a Hotel it was an old school and the staff shut down at 6pm so no amenities at all. Staff was no help and neither was security to get some thing to eat. No room service. Very bad stay"

"This hotel was exceptional. The room was clean, and room service always did a great job. The staff were all very kind and helpful, and there were many different amenities that were useful for our experience. My favorite thing was that the hotel was located in a perfect location. The metro, the mall, etc. were all very close to the hotel, making our experience convenient, smooth, and enjoyable. Overall, this hotel definitely deserves five stars."
