"The staff were excellent—very welcoming and helpful. The room was spacious and generally clean. However, the floor could have done with a good mopping, and the windows also needed cleaning. The kitchen was missing a few basic essentials. There was no drinking water, coffee, salt, pepper, or cooking oil. As we were staying for two nights and planned to use the kitchen, it would have been helpful to have these basics provided. Noise was also an issue. The soundproofing seemed quite poor, as we...

"Good customer service (I had to extend my stay but change rooms, the cleaning staff moved by baggage between rooms for free). Overall clean and well maintained. The only warning I have is that the heat build up is pretty bad in the rooms and there is no air conditioning, just windows that you can open and a fan provided. I would recommend it for the cooler months but avoid it come mid June through September."
