"The rooms were clean apart from under the sofa in the Trow ,not sure if would class the Horsin as a deluxe Superior room but did as required as required an adjoining room . The step into rhe bath in Trow is quite wide and both myself and my fiancee slipped as the bath mat moved while getting in . Still no warning signs that the water is hot at the sink . Breakfast was good the bowls keeping the cooked food hot could of been hotter and had to put the toast through twice to get it to my likeing ....

"The room was clean, though there were some long hairs on the folded clean towels. Staff were very friendly, very helpful. Breakfast was nice and had a reasonable selection for being included in the price of the room. My only big complaint was you can’t open a window and the aircon didn’t really cool the room at all (setting were correct for cooling the room) but it was still very warm after a couple of hours. Still managed to get a bit of sleep, but the roon was very warm. "

"This is not a criticism but room for improvement So, I stayed in the annex part of the property.The room lacked hotel standards..Very dated and the bathroom was not nice at all. The shower mixer didn’t work and there was no water pressure in the shower. I had either a Cold shower or a very hot shower. Room was ok ish. Patchwork filler on walls not complete. Dated woodwork furniture etc. However, the bed was comfy, and breakfast good. Staff were super amazing. "

"Yes it was terrible. On arrival, they changed our room several times. There was no heating and no warm water. we complained to the management and was told we would get a refund but nothing was done. We didn't go the 2nd night and we still didn't get anything. Reported to expedia, was told they would look into it but it's been weeks now and no feedback. It's so sad because I have had multiple unpleasant experience with expedia and only just returned. But I guess they've not changed neither have...

There was a private courtyard which was nice although hadn't been tidied prior to our arrival, the umbrella and fairy lights were broken and it wasn't well maintained, but nice to have. The pendant lights in the room were too low and I banged my head on them several times.
