"No lift to suites. (3 floors) honestly I was disappointed for the money spend. Chips off the sink in the Hellaby suite and lots of small things missing."

"Just needs a refresh in general a little tired .bathroom grout needs attention and the bedroom curtains had what looked like tea stains on , missing one bed side cabinet and the other had edging tape missing . For the money we paid I am not complaining, the bed and bedroom in general was loverly and clean ."

"It’s fine for a quick stay but the basics aren’t taken care of so be prepared for some inconveniences along the way. This was my third stay and every single stay they never gave us toilet roll when it ran out. This time we went to reception to ask for some and still didn’t get given any sent to the room. The room had flies and spiders and bathroom not particularly clean. The restaurant and staff is good however- they cater well and are helpful and friendly."

"Thoroughly enjoyed our 2 night stay. Comfortable and friendly, couldn't fault anything."

"Good facilities and the staff were all polite and helpful."

"It’s in poor state"

"Room was clean and comfortable, although there was nowhere to hang coats/clothes (there was no hanging rail). The pedestrian route to the restaurant was a bit dark in places. Generally a good overall stay."

"No hot hot water in the morning for a shower"

"Was a cheap room and did the job. The pillows were extremely thin though which made it super hard to actually get comfortable. These really need replacing. It's not even a case of soft or hard. they're just empty! Lot of dust around including on the bed so guessing something dirty was put on there after it was cleaned. Whole place could do with bit of a deep clean but for the price we paid we really can't complain much"

"Everything was excellent"

"Lovely staff"

"Free parking 2 minutes walk Easy access with codes provided in advance. No staff on site, but we had no call for them. Old building with renovated modern touch to the room. Not for people with mobility issues, main staircase winding/step/narrow. Room clean but not thoroughly (dust on sockets) Iron & ironing board provided, plus kettle & tea/coffee/sugar/milk Huge bed, was comfy with nice linen Wardrobe with safe and desk/dressing table and a full length mirror Excellent value for money"

"Great stay"
