"Staff, service and food were excellent. Exactly when you'd come to expect from a Holiday Inn. Sadly however the room looked tired and in need of some much needed TLC with a distinct lack of beside plugs and although the room was at far end of the building and away from general foot traffic it was right above the air handling units and plant so was noisey at night. "The room was fine, but had a strange smell. The air conditioner was too hot, and didnt seem to cool the room down. The fridge didnt work in the room. Staff at the front desk seemed distracted, telling me that maintenance had been, but I ended up fixing it myself in the end. Note: if the is light on in the fridge doesn't mean the fridge is on.
