"It was a lovely stay at the marriot. The staff were lovely and really helpful. The only issue we had was that the station for tea's and coffees werent replaced during our stay. Breakfast good. Lovely staff. Overall, an amazing experience."

"Cool location and fantastic place to stay. "

"Lovely stay."

"There are two elevators to get into the hotel - one was broken for 2 out of 3 days of our stay. There technically are stairs too but when we asked they were locked. Hotel itself is beautiful, especially having a room on the river side. However we stayed during the comiccon weekend and felt judged?? The service was poor, no enthusiasm to do anything - at one point we had a dinner at the bar and asked for a box to take our leftover pizza with us. We were told thats not an option and the guy...

"The housekeeping staff is exceptional. The room id cleaned thoroughly, and I appreciate the excellent service. However, the paid parking is extremely frustrating and feels like a rip-off. After already paying a substantial amount for the hotel, having to spend close to £80 per day on parking is unreasonable, especially for guests who need to leave and return to the hotel three or four times a day. "Great views of the river from the restaurant and rooms."

"Ideal location for ABBA Voyage, room was spotless and comfortable + staff very helpful"

"We needed a wheelchair accessible room, and the one provided was well designed for my 88-year-old mother. She was so comfortable in the room; it was clean. The amenities included a stove, fridge, microwave, hotplate, dishwasher, etc. She loved the bathroom, with all its accessories to help her get around, and the warming towel rack. She likes how nothing was wasted; she likes that electricity is not wasted because of the design of the room. She slept well and claims she felt right at home."

"Has everything you need when staying at a hotel. Staff were very helpful. Loved that there was a bar in the lobby."

"A great place to stay. Spotlessly clean, very friendly and helpful staff. A greater breakfast. Highly recommended 👍"
