"Great apartment in the heart of Sheffield, and so near bars, restaurants and shopping. We parked in a multi story off Matilda Street as it was 24hour and a bargain for £20 for 2 nights. A short walk, no problem (great little cafe outside too for breakfast/brunch). The apartment was easy to find and the hosts were really helpful with directions/answering questions. My only gripe/suggestion to improve is for proper blackout curtains. Its near bars, so expect a bit of noise (earplugs work). ...

"Buena ubicación y estancia como en las fotos. Pero la cama muy incómoda, muy poca limpieza (encontramos la parte de abajo de la cama llena de basura y la papelera del baño con restos de los huéspedes anteriores), no proporcionan jabón de ducha, el estropajo para lavar los platos era directamente para tirar y no había otros productos de limpieza. El apartamento lo reservamos para tres personas y solo había dos sillas, incomprensible. Lamentablemente no lo volvería a reservar "

"I was a little concerned that check in info, including teh address, was to be provided only 3 hours before check-in time, but in the event it all worked out fine. The apartment is not fancy, but comfortable, spacious, clean and well equipped."

"Large airy apartment. Noise from the street could be heard, but we were tired from site seeing so it hardly disturbed our sleep. Lively part of town, lots of places to eat and drink . We walked to everything and left the car in Cavendish Road carpark 3 minutes away for £6 per 24 hours. "

"Chime Cottage was absolutely charming! It had everything we needed—cozy, cute, and perfectly functional. The space was thoughtfully designed and felt like a true home away from home. "AVOID!!!!! No one nor any info available at check-in. Hosts supplied email address & mobile number weren’t in service/operational. Hotels.com agents, the hosts management company, Travelnest had the same issue, hence their vetting & monitoring processes are very questionable. Extremely distressing & frustrating experience. Wouldn’t wish the above ‘experience’ on anyone else, AVOID!!!"
