"Great staff and excellent amenities. Front desk communication may need some improvement."

"Very convenient location near airport. Excellent staff and support."

"The property and amenities are good. Very family friendly. A key area for improvement is the restaurant - organisation of staff, timeliness and sequencing of food delivery. It was very busy during our stay, the dining experience could not cope with the volume of people."

"We had a very comfortable stay at the Raintree. The beds were firm and we slept very well on it. The hotel staff were courteous and the service is excellent. I will come back to stay here in future."

"Not very helpful staff. Tv wasn’t working. Not charged the TV and didn’t bother to do it even after complaining."

"Excellent stay"
