"I enjoyed the cleanliness and helpfulness of the staff. They were excellent. I got a private room and found it be adequate. One thing I was surprised about was having to have to buy a towel or other amenities. The private room at that price I believe should have come with a towel or some other amenities. Other than that it’s a great place. And would come again. "

"老舗のホテルで建物は古いが、客室内は改装されていて綺麗。トイレに入るために、土足の場所を経由しなくてはならないので、上り框があったら良いなとか、ベッド横にナイトテーブルやコンセントがあったら便利なのになと思った。 コーヒー、ジュース、なんと日本酒のフリーサービスがあった。素敵！ 温泉のお湯が強塩泉で珍しく、温度別に3種類の浴槽もおり、雰囲気も会ってとても良かった。 朝食の種類は少ないが美味しく、スタッフさんが気さくで感じが良かった。 総じて満足。また泊まりたいお宿。お世話になりました。"
