"All staffs are very friendly and when I asked some questions, they answered me so clearly!!"

"The location was excellent, walking distance to the old town and train station. Room was clean and cosy. Breafast was very ample. Constantina was running the breakfast room by herself on the first two mornings. She is to be commended on her ability to ensure food was relenished, tables cleared and everything ran like clockwork. Excellent employee. The final morning breakfast room was a bit disorganised different staff member on duty. Overall a pleasant stay and would stay again if visiting...

"The location was absolutely amazing, everything was within 10-15 minutes walk. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was very clean. The only problem was the noise on the first floor that can be easily solved with ear plug at nights."

"This is a small but cozy hotel to the west of the city center. The room was spacious and comfortable with a small bath. The lobby was cozy and the buffet breakfast was good with a number of options. It is close to several tram and bus routes which made it easy to get around. I appreciated being around some greenery in this area of the city. They do not have 24-hour staffing at the front desk so a code is needed to open the door after hours."

"A pesar de que el hotel no está en el centro histórico, la caminada es corta y muy agradable; el sitio es muy calmado y el personal super atento. Excelente hotel, recomendado al 100%"

"It’s very convenient cause close to everything"

"I don’t write many reviews but want to enthuse about the Bellevue Palace, primarily for the quality of customer service. The staff are the warmest, most delightful, caring and helpful I’ve ever experienced in a hotel of this quality, I will return!"
