"Great spot. All you need for a home away from home in Arkansas. Would highly suggest a stay here."

"Good stay, exactly what we were looking for as our landing pad for a fishing tournament. When we arrived the AC wasn't working. The property manager was responsive and lined up AC guys to come check it out at the earliest time possible. Luckily however, we shut it off for a few hours the ice melted and opened up airflow and it worked like a champion the rest of the stay, even when it was 100 outside."

"Such a great stay! The farmhouse was cozy, well‑equipped, and had every amenity I could ask for. The hosts were amazing—so thoughtful and attentive, making sure everything was perfect and that I had everything I needed. I can’t wait to come back again soon!"

"They tell you upfront that this is a "rustic" cabin, which it is and I love the charm of an old rustic cabin. It was a decent stay but I don't know if I would stay again. The beds weren't that comfortable, that's our opinion. To each their own. I feel like calling it rustic may be a way of having the excuse of not maintaining certain things like the toilet and shower, among other things. I'm only being honest here. "This was a great house! The property was exactly as described in the listing."

"Nice quiet rv/cabin campground. I like the access to the nearby park "

"A perfect little cabin with gorgeous views of the Lake! Lovely for a weekend getaway! Everything you may need is right there!!"

"This place was perfect for a 4 night stay! You’re only about 15-20 minutes from all the major restaurants in Russellville. Mt. Nebo trails and viewing points are about 15 minutes away. The whole place was so clean, the wifi worked great, and the AC blew cold. Please note the size of the refrigator and and little stove top and plan accordingly - not a complaint- just a note that they are small! We were very thankful for the washer/dryer. The entire little “neighborhood” was so clean and nice....

"It’s a quaint house and perfect for a weekend get-away. The bed was very comfortable and furnishings are very homey. I will stay here again. "

"Amy and Jerry were so helpful and hospitable. The cottage was clean and very comfortable. It has everything you need, plus. Water and snacks, soap and shampoo, even laundry. Nice touches! We used it for a fishing tournament and the launch is top notch. 8 minute boat ride to the main tournament launch (dardenelle state park) and easy to navigate in the dark/early morning. I recomend 100%"

"The cabin was amazing. Everything you need is there. All switches labeled was a big help. We will definitely stay again. Loved all the nature. Very comfortable"

"The big house on Nebo is the perfect location for our family to gather. Members of our fam have compared it to a 4 star hotel. Everything is there. The magnificent view, wild life, quiet, the facilities of a state park, and of course the wonderful accommodating hosts. Brett and Kimberly are the best!"

"Location was close to lake, the host was friendly and helpful, cabin clean and comfortable, price was right"
