Located at the very top of Mt. Nebo, this spacious 3 bedroom house sleeps 13, has East facing views which offer stunning sunrises with views of Mt Petit Jean and Lake Dardanelle. The crown jewel of the area, this park sits atop a 1,750-foot plateau offering panoramic views of the Arkansas River Valley.

Located inside the Mt Nebo State Park w/ the Rim trail in the backyard as well as walking access to all hiking and Monument Biking Trails. Sunrise Mountain Haven offers gorgeous views from three different levels. Additionally, the house has a large 2nd story deck that has 4 comfortable chairs surrounding a fire pit as well as dining table to enjoy the views and catch the dawn or enjoy dinner at sunset. A 3rd story deck off the master has a full size hanging daybed swing that is ideal for enjoying the magnificent scenery while life pauses for a moment as you nap or read on the hanging daybed.

Outdoor adventure awaits or relax and enjoy the views from the top of a mountain and watch the deer that visit daily. This house has 3 Bedrooms that are all king beds as well as 3 Baths-Additionally, there are 2 Queen Pullouts, one in each living room and 3 Twins- This delightful home is set up for families and friends with 2 indoor fireplaces /2 Exterior fire pits and the back of the house lined with windows.

My husband’s parents had ten kids and they would take family vacations to Mount Nebo when he was a child. He’s now 71 and his first time to visit since he was fourteen. His parents along with four of the siblings are deceased, so was a very special trip for him. He reminisced about his childhood experiences during our visit. The beautiful home was perfect for our group. Everything clean, plenty of towels, nice comfortable bedding for the entire family. It was raining the majority of the weekend so we ended up staying indoors more than expected and everyone had plenty of room to have their own little hang out areas if they wanted to rest or join in on family fun playing board games. A huge bonus for the entire family was the wildlife in the yard. We all loved the deer so much, but especially my husband and it made his trip so much better. There was feed provided by the host for the wildlife which made them stay a little longer for us to enjoy. We travel often with our family and this property was on the top of my our list for comfort for the entire family. Thank you for making our family get so comfortable.
There was twenty-one deer on this visit.

What a perfect place!! Everything was wonderful. The home had everything we needed. We enjoyed sitting on the deck and having a gas fire pit to cozy up to. We had plenty of room to move about and not feel crowded when we had guest over for our nightly dinners. We loved the convenience of the home being right in the State park. We were able to park the vehicles and walk every where we needed to go! We would definitely stay here again. BOOK IT YOU WON'T BE DISSAPOINTED Brett & Kimberly were great host!!

Very nice house with everything we needed for a fun spring break getaway. We loved feeding the deer with the provided corn, riding the bikes around the state park, hiking, playing the games they had, and sitting on the porches and enjoying the beautiful view. My grandson was happy they had such great internet.

We came for the view, and it was crazy foggy! When the fog finally broke, the view was breathtaking. It was crazy hard to find in the fog, Google tried to drop us off in the "backyard" and have us "walk up" but the owner gave great directions and everything was perfect!

We loved our stay at this beautiful house with amazing views! The house was beautiful inside and out. Beautifully decorated, very clean, comfortable seating areas, very comfortable beds. The hosts included every amenities that we needed for our stay. Check in was super easy and the host was helpful with all questions we had. We had an amazing stay and would highly recommend this beautiful mountain retreat!

This home is everything we hoped it would be and more! It is so well appointed and everything is so well thought out. My entire family kept raving about it our entire trip and we have stayed in most of the properties on Mt. Nebo. We will definitely be coming back. Don’t sleep on this one, just book it!

First let me say, we are already talking about staying next year at this location for our anniversary. Kevin and I had a small (intimate) wedding with our family at Sunrise House. We could not have found a more perfect location. The weather held out for a beautiful outdoor wedding on the main floor deck. We loved the fact that the home is basically set up with three master bedrooms each having a restroom and each having a twin bed option in each suite. The ultimate master bedroom suite on the upper floor has a deck with the swinging bed… a must try. The views out of the massive amount of windows is quite impressive. Brett And Kimberly were most responsive and accommodating especially in the planning of the wedding…thank you ever so much in allowing us to share you home and celebrate our special day during our long weekend.

The house was everything we were hoping for on our vacation. The home was well stocked with amenities, making it very easy to travel with our children. The views were spectacular, especially from the top deck. There were plenty of things to do just within walking distance, but we were also within an hour from other state parks we wanted to visit. We definitely recommend staying here...so much more comfortable than a hotel.

Every little detail was so well-thought out and placed! Highly recommend to anyone. My family and I usually stay in the state park cabins on Mt. Nebo but this trip totally changed our minds! We sincerely thank Brett and Kimberly for sharing their beautiful home. We will definitely be back!

The main purpose of our trip was to have a location for family to view the solar eclipse. This house offered that and so much more. Clean and comfortable, with direct access to hiking trails, sunrises, sunsets, and all of the amazing nature gifts that central Arkansas offers, and yet, close enough to Dardanelle and Russellville to have access to groceries, gas and creature comforts! Brett and Kimberly were so helpful and responsive-excellent hosts! We would return to this slice of paradise for sure!

We can't recommend this home enough. We spent Thanksgiving week here with our extended family and had a perfect visit. The house is sparkling clean, beautiful, and comfortable. From the cozy blankets for the couches to the large closets to the well-stocked kitchen, there was absolutely everything we needed. The views are stunning; we watched the sunrise every morning. Brett and Kimberly were excellent hosts, responding to every message immediately. They even allowed us to host a large Thanksgiving dinner at the place and were incredibly gracious. This is the perfect place to spend a night or a week.

From making the reservation to opening the front door was easy as pie. Instructions are clear and answer all questions you might have plus a few more. My reviews are truthful. The home is lovely. You are generously supplied with all you would need and it is spotless. The owner's travel photographs are hung through out the home and we enjoyed looking at all of them. Only problem we had was having to leave too soon. Had a wonderful time.

This is a lovely home, as shown on the VRBO website. This was by far the best equipped home we have stayed in down to little details that made our stay so enjoyable. The kitchen was well equipped with great cooking pots and pans and baking pans and lots of spices all organized and easy to find. The beds were very comfortable with soft sheets for a great nights rest. And the views from this home were spectacular. Our group of 7 had lots of room to enjoy each others company both inside the home and on the outside balconies. I can't say enough about all the details that made our stay very pleasant. Thanks Brett and Kimberly. We had a great time.

The views from the property are everything! The place was spotless and included all the amenities you could ask for. The kitchen was well stocked including spices and coffee. It was well decorated and the kids loved the games set up in the garage. They also have a trash can full of deer feed and they encourage you to feed the deer while there. Every dusk we had about 12 deer come right up to the front yard to eat! There are walking trails right off the backyard and the pool is just a short walk. Brett was great at communicating and very attentive to our needs. I would definitely stay here again!

House is beautiful. View from balconies is spectacular. Wonderful place to stay. Trip up the mountain is an adventure in itself (especially on a motorcycle). Loved it.
