"Breakfast was very poor"

"The first thing I noticed was lack of parking. They have approx 30 parking spaces. This is a very large hotel. We, and many others were forced to park on the side of an industrial road, the furthest car being about 100yds from the door. The ceiling lights in the room are controlled by your room key, using a slide thing on the wall. The lights only stay on for about 2 minutes. I had to use my phone flashlight to make coffee after the light turned off for the third time. The bathroom has a bidet....

"I didn't like that the clerk charged us an extra $10 to have a downstairs room. My husband has a Parkinson's type disease and cannot climb stairs. I was glad the room was clean. The air conditioner's remote batteries were dead, so if we had the air on the temp was set for 64 degrees. A little too cold. But without it the room was stuffy. I don't think it was the worst hotel. The main thing I wanted was a clean room and it was that."

"We checked into our room, the front desk wrote our room number on the card. We went to the room, and the card didn’t work to enter the room. When they fixed it and got it to work, twenty minutes after entering our room, a different set of people were trying to gain entrance to our room with their keycard. We opened the door and compared our key cards, both said the same room number. We had two small children with us which made the situation frightening. When we all returned to the front desk,...

"Staff was AMAZING, KIND, HELPFUL, and super accommodating for us a bigger group. I appreciate everyone at the front desk as well so much and i would definitely stay here again in the future."

"Toilet had some issues and ended up overflowing. Staff said maintenance was not there on weekends and were only able to provide a plunger at which they had me plunge the toilet-which overflowed because there was too much water in it. To not be compensated in anyway for a faulty facility was disappointing."
