"“Wow wow wow” is what you heard when everyone arrived. “This place is amazing” “they thought of everything”….from the new appliances and the comfortable bedding and outside seating areas and porches big enough to sit us all…to the new grill… and how spacious it all was. 2 living areas so teens could hang out in one and adults in other. The hot tub was so nice and the swing on enclosed porch. The couches sooo nice. I could go on and on!! Donna was so nice and accommodating!! We will be returning...

"My husband and I had a wonderful weekend away. The property is beautiful, the views are stunning and it was so quiet and peaceful on the lake. We brought kayaks and were able to get right out on the lake from the shore. We made our meals and ate outside for every one of them. We will definitely be returning. The communication with cohova was excellent, any questions I had, I just texted and they answered immediately. "

"We showed up for check in to discover this house is occupied and under a long term lease. We were never alerted by VRBO and had to find alternative accommodations for (10) people. DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY. "

"One of the cleanest properties I have stayed at! Hosts were super welcoming and check in/out was a breeze. Easy commute to UArk sports complexes and campus. Walkable to Baum Stadium. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again! "
