"We had a great stay at Conestoga Ranch, and the wagons themselves were comfortable. We visited over the busiest weekend of July 4th, and that’s where some things fell short. We asked to move to a wagon closer to the bathrooms since we have small children. The switch didn’t go through, and we were left waiting with all our belongings on the floor while the front desk tried to coordinate it. A little more organization would have made a big difference that weekend. The restaurant food was...

"Lovely place , right in front of the lake, property is big enough, beds were comfy. Staff very friendly, I woke up with a migraine and were able to assist with some OTC medicine for relief. Jhony offered top notch help. I will be coming back again for next summer."

"The cabin was very nice and spacious. The kitchen had a microwave and refrigerator/freezer. The beds were comfortable and when we needed to get a hold of staff last minute they were very helpful."

"Our room was very spacious and clean. The gentleman that checked us in was very helpful and gave us good directions for things to do while there in Garden City. The hot tub was also fantastic. Thanks for a fantastic weekend. We will definitely be back."

"Very dirty, difficult to get ahold of, confusing property description, different number of beds than advertised. We checked out a day early, didn't want to be there."

"The AC was not working. I had a very hard time sleeping."

"The room was clean, however, soon filled with insects as there was no sweep at the bottom of the door to the outside. There was no shower curtain, and the tub did not drain well. About 4” of water left standing in the tub after showering. When these issues were reported to the host, the tub was drained for one day."

"Location was great, Donna was terrific to work with and very responsive. We even left behind an article on accident and she sent it to us. I would definitely stay there again."

"We loved staying at this house while visiting Bear Lake. The game room was fun with foosball, basketball, and ping pong. They also had some fun games and movies for us to use after playing at the lake. We had a great stay and would love to come back!"

"I have been going to Bear Lake for at least 20 years. I have gone a different route in booking - it was usually an ok to good. With you guys it was awesome - questions were answered and the booking went really well, I will definitely book through you next year. The room was clean, and the staff was kind. And you can’t forget the raspberry shake - I appreciate you very much - thank you!!!"

"Adam, our host, was great in helping us check in. We were close to Bear Lake, but not in the chaos of all the people. Beautiful evening sky and very quiet. We spent a weekend hiking and it was nice to come to a relaxing clean place and stay the night and get a hot shower."

"It provided a great base location for a large family reunion. Individual bathrooms for married couples were well received. It is close to other venues."

"We enjoyed our stay here. It was roomy and comfortable. The pool was the favorite hangout for everyone."

"It's difficult to shower everyone, wash the towels through a cycle and get then into the dryer by the checkout time."

"The property was a great location, easy to access and get around. The instructions were very helpful in navigating check-out and such. It was clean, just a bit dated. I’d consider putting in new rugs… Having said that, the rocking chair was super comfortable. Great stay! Thanks."

"We stayed here on the last night of a week-long trip with our family of five. After growing tired of staying in hotels, we found renting a house to be a very relaxing experience. We were also weary of eating out, but thanks to a good supermarket nearby, we were able to buy groceries and enjoy meals at home."
