"I wake up one day and found myself and my wife unable to shower or do any basic hygiene for 4-5h, there was no running water on premises, they had sent us a under the door note midnight the night before that there’ll be no hot water but next day we had no water at all hot or cold. When I called the front desk, they were very rude and told me there’s nothing they can do,(they could have told me when I reserved or sent an email few days before so I can change my mind if I want or at least provided...
