"Being in a cellular dead zone, the Hotel should have a robust WiFi system, but it does not. The only location that you could adequately connect was in the breakfast area downstairs during the breakfast hours. "Maybe a better choice out of the surrounding hotels but definitely didn't feel like it was as great as most of the reviewers have mentioned. The front lobby appears nice and the staff were very friendly. However, although they maybe had some renovations, rooms still felt a little outdated and small. "My husband and I booked a stay at the Suburban Williamsburg, Virginia for the dates of June 18-21 2026. When we arrived to check in our room was not ready.
