"The property was nice. The room was clean. When entering the room the temp was set high and it was a hot summer day so that takes time to try to cool off. I found the bistro to be misrepresented and the staff were difficult to order from and said they did not have items like water of all things and had a huge board advertising a special which the staff person said I don’t know about that only the manager does so we don’t have it. Parking is expensive be prepared to pay and not have a close spot....

"Excellent service and a great, organized breakfast! Perfect location for our family weekend trip to Water Country USA. The only downside was the noise late at night from guests slamming hallway doors. If you don't mind a bit of noise, this hotel is absolutely perfect."

"They were actively working in renovations, but that didn't bother us. The ice machine didn't work on the second floor. The pool was nice and location was good. However, the floors were dirty. The carpet desperately needs to be cleaned. All of our feet were filthy after walking around the carpet for a few hours."

"I had to wait for check in over 20 minutes in the lobby with noone coming out to see if I needed help. There was stairs to carry and climb to get to a room located in a odd place. The room looked nothing like the photos. The covers where stained. The curtains to the patio where gross. Roaches ran the walls. The one chair in the room was dirty. We left at 5:30 am because it was that nasty. When we told them that roaches was on the walls, the acted nonchalant and stated we will look into that. Not...

"Clean cabin and nice staff members. I didn't like that we didn't have the pillows and the comforters ( but got informed about it before the trip ). Our cabin was by the railway so it was super loud, I couldn't sleep. The bathroom is not connected to the cabin ( and I also knew about it before coming to the place). My husband said the men's bathroom smelled absolutely horrible. "
