"This cabin was super cute, had everything we needed for a long weekend. Views upon views from the deck with coffee in the morning and from the Hotub as well. Sunsets were spectacular. Stargazing in this dark sky location was unmatched! Beds were super comfy, the small but functional kitchen met all our needs. For the small items we needed assistance with, the owners was super responsive and helpful and gracious. I could not ask for a better owner than Charley! Convenient to Westcliffe but...

"My husband and I really enjoyed staying here on a little fall break trip. The place was spotlessly clean and well stocked, and the hosts are very kind and were quick to make sure our stay was as perfect as it could be. This VRBO has gorgeous views, a well stocked kitchen, nice water pressure with toasty warm water, a cozy wood stove that heats the whole house nicely, and all the basic essentials that you need on a trip. "This place was amazing! Inside perfect living space, clean. The real treat was outside. Venable creek is literally off the back deck. We sat out there listening and watching for hours. Plus it was a 2 minute drive to the Venable trail head. Great location for what we wanted. We had a. Issue with the fireplace our first night, the owner had people at the house within 15 minutes. No complaints whatsoever, my dogs loved it also. Will stay again! Ghanks"

There is beautiful natural light in the living room, beautiful views of the Sangre de Cristo mountains, a cozy wood-burning stove, and lots of opportunities to stargaze in the hot tub at night.
