"Maddie was an excellent host. She was so nice and we got to meet her at the property when we arrived. She was so kind and made special arrangements for my special needs son’s 16th birthday. "This was the coolest property I have ever stayed. The location is so private. Fenced area for dogs to run. Perfectly stocked. Property manager and owner were great. I don’t have a negative thing to stay. We love going to Westcliffe to hike and this property was an hour and ten from the Springs. If it’s available, we will return only to this property in the future. Thank you! "

"This property has a beautiful view of the mountains and is located in very peaceful area. We were able to have a very enjoyable weekend, visiting the Great Sand Dunes and Zapata Falls. When we returned to the property, our family was able to sit back, eat dinner and relax without being on top of each other. The owner was very reseptive and commincation between us was easy from the time I booked, all the way to the end. I would definitely recommend this property and I look forward to maybe coming...

"This property was absolutely gorgeous! Very clean. Very private. Lovely nature all around. Hot tub was hot and perfectly functional. Grill was clean and also functioned well. Washer and dryer clean and newer model. We would for sure stay here again if in the area! Host was always prompt to respond and informative."

"We rented this as the groomsmen’s house for our daughter’s wedding at Howard Creek Farm. It was the perfect choice. The location is great, close to the venue and importantly, right on the river. The guys caught a crazy number of fish on each trip into the river. The house was clean, comfortable, a nice home. The guys had a great time. Lora and Mary communicate very well and are very kind. We could not have asked for anything more."
