"The house was clean and well stocked. However a few items didn't work or didn't work properly 1 air con very hard to turn on or off front door didn't lock properly and garage door didn't work automatically had to be pulled by hand"

"The flat was clean. The bed and lounge suites were comfortable. We had a problem with the tv remote which was resolved quickly. Plenty of hot water. Wifi was fine. Finding our flat was a bit of a puzzle until we found our way around. We needed to use a lift and there is a secondary car park area with another lift which confused us. Check in was quick. "Try to get there before 3pm so at least u get some form of orientation and any necessary changes to the room if need be. We checked in after 3pm so we were kinda helpless. The floor to the room was sandy, a towel was stained, there were no instructions to wifi or just simple orientation card was missing. Also we booked the one room apt, so it was meant for 4 pax but we didn't need the sofa to be a bed but it was made to be a bed and we couldn't use the sofa for all 3 nights that we...

"What's there not to love about Broadwater Resort!! Great location with cosy reception. Kind and courteous staff. The units are well set out among leafy trees, with easy walking pathways. I was especially impressed with the Tonic restaurant, cafe and bar. They have a delicious menu with plenty of comfortable seating. And what better way to enjoy fitness, alternating from the outdoor cold pool into the heated pool. Followed by a nice stroll along the beach. I look forward to my next visit here."
