"Excellent retreat location"

"We enjoyed our stay. Room rates were reasonable and staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was top notch. No complaints. We'll stay here again."

"Staying on property was peaceful and magical. Walk to dinner. Walk to breakfast. Walk to winery. Walk to village. Short drive to Biltmore. Very convenient."

"The hotel was basic. The property was adequately maintained. The rooms were not well maintained and was low quality; decor was of poor quality, tv channel options were limited, and the property felt cheap."

"Amazing hotel and experience! Adam at the front desk was especially awesome. He was so friendly and helpful!"

"The spa/hot tub was out of order"

"Great location and large room and front desk friendly and helpful"

"Fabulous place to stay. The food in the restaurant is “gourmet”. You will not want to leave this place! And it’s at the entrance to the Biltmore village. -Greg D."

"The Airstream Campers were awesome! I also appreciate having a charging station for my EV car! We ate at the site a few times, and it was a nice option. Their coffee is fantastic, and great way to start the day!"

"Just what we were looking for."

"Clean, fantastic facility, excellent breakfast, staff were kind and helpful."

"Friendly staff and great location."

"This was a wonderful hotel. Our only negative was we had together ice from the front desk. We drink a lot of water & need an ample amount of ice."

"Fresh newly remodeled rooms"
