"No one at the front desk when I arrived. Had to call, then wait, by phone on the desk. While checking in, the woman at the desk said I needed to go to the room to check if everything worked, because they only had maintenance man on site until 6PM. When I checked in room, TV powered up, but could not change channels. No information in room on amenities, or how to call front desk. I went back to office, called on house phone, waited again, to tell them TV would not change channels. She said she...

"No working pool as advertised. First room refrigerator was leaking water all over the carpet. Second room smelled musty and they have bed bugs. I would not recommend staying there."

"The Franklin Green House was absolutely charming and made our stay in Berne a wonderful experience. "The house is beautiful and well-kept. We were in town for a memorial service for a family member who died, and the 4 bedrooms and dining & living rooms were what we needed for our family to be able to be together. The host was very quick to respond when we needed to contact her about something, and very accommodating when we asked for a favor. It was perfect! "
