  • Cozy four bedroom home welcomes your stay.

    Central house offers plenty of room for 8 guests. The spacious living and dining room is a perfect space to gather with family and friends. Cooking out on the patio grill is a great way to enjoy the quiet fenced back yard.

    Central House is within walking distance of downtown Bluffton, located 3 blocks from the hospital! Enjoy a short walk to the local coffee shop, brewery and downtown boutiques. River Greenway trail is a few blocks away following the beautiful Wabash River.
    The space
    This home is furnished with one king bed, two queen beds and two twin beds. An office is provided on the second floor for those in need of a quiet work space. Whether business or pleasure you are sure to have a comfortable stay.
    Guest access
    You will enjoy full access to this home including a large laundry room equipped with a full size washer and dryer.
    Other things to note
    The driveway to the parking area, which accommodates 2 cars, is shared with the neighbor on the east side. Please do not park in the driveway or block access to the garage east of this property. Street parking is also available.

We loved our stay at Central House! It was perfect for our small extended family group during a wedding trip, and everything was very clean and well-kept. The house is very cute, beds were comfortable, and the kids loved playing some of the family games provided. The water pressure in the upstairs shower was also amazing!! Michelle was a very helpful host and made our stay quite easy and pleasant. Thank you!

The house is beautiful and well-kept. We were in town for a memorial service for a family member who died, and the 4 bedrooms and dining & living rooms were what we needed for our family to be able to be together. The host was very quick to respond when we needed to contact her about something, and very accommodating when we asked for a favor. It was perfect!

Excellent place to stay!

The house was a perfect place to stay for my family of four. There is plenty of room, the kitchen is well equipped, and the downtown location is convenient. The house is very clean and nicely decorated. I would stay there again!

Heart of Bluffton

Everything was just like the pictures - or better! This is one of the most well-stocked and maintained VRBOs we’ve stayed in. We’ll be back when visiting family in the area.

Great stay

Great home close to downtown Bluffton. House was well maintained that allowed for a relaxing time to visit with family. Enjoyed the evening on the porch just soaking in the quiet surroundings. When back in Bluffton, will look for a stay here before looking at one of the hotels in town.

Travel for Eclipse

We came into town for the eclipse and had a wonderful time. The home had everything we needed for cooking and a charming backyard for our kids. It was a clean and comfortable space.

Central House in Bluffton provided our family with excellent accomodations! The house was super clean, with comfortable beds and nice bathrooms. The host, Michelle was very accessible. We hope to stay again.

Our second stay at Central House and again we give it a 10/10…extremely clean and convenient. Six of us adults were very comfortable and the house provided everything we needed. A little glitz with my email and VRBO but the host responded promptly with an easy check-in. Cheers to Michelle & Gary

Great Stay in Bluffton

This house is a great option if you are looking to stay in Bluffton. It's a spacious and nicely decorated home that accommodated our whole family (young children to adults). The host, Michelle was very accommodating. We always look forward to staying in this house when we visit the Bluffton area.

Graduation

A group of friends came in to see our friends daughter graduate. The house was in a great location, quiet street. Everything was very clean. Hot water and water pressure was exceptional!

We went for graduation ceremony in Evansville Indiana and to visit our daughter in Portland Indiana. I wanted for her to come visit us at the Central House but was sick and did not want to get out of her house. So we visit everyday. Then went to relax and watch TV at the Central House which was a very conferrable place.

Perfect stay for my family

My family and I were in town for a funeral this week, and this was the perfect family home to stay in during these unfortunate circumstances. This property was exactly as listed, clean, and perfect for our stay in Bluffton. Hosts were attentive. Would recommend!
