"Overall a very good property in a nice neighbourhood. The noise level at the surf apartment on the second floor esp in the bedroom closer to the street is higher than the other area. Communication with the host is unfulfilling as they have no WhatsApp. Given travellers like us may not have local numbers to make call and emailing may not be as real time, I strongly suggest the host to consider setting up WhatsApp or other instant messaging channel for easy communications. "

The 2nd bathroom is located downstairs and it should be noted that it’s out in the open so we needed to develop a system to let others in our party know when someone was using it. Also there is not a hot tub at the house, and the host said they would update the listing since it was listed when we booked our stay. "

"Toilet seat was broken when we arrived and lady at apartment said it would be fixed that day. Also called someone about it a day later and was told it would be fixed. We left on the fifth day still no repair. Toilet was usless as every time you sat on it felt slippery and dangerous consequently was hardly used had to go elsewhere. Then I could not get my car out of the garage so had to ring someone who told us to push the garage door up and put a cone in front of the sensor so it didn’t come...

"Great choice! hosts were very kind, welcoming and easy going. location is amazing with a bus stop just outside and just 20 min walk to bondi beach! great amenities with kitchenette and own bathroom including toilet and shower. "The view is what sells the spot looking right down Bondi Beach. The location is 1 block from Bondi Market, across the street from the beach and 2 blocks from the shops. The apt is small, but not lacking, full kitchen with large and small appliances, 2 bedrooms, 1 bath and places to sit. Clean and light, the only thing for those that care is that the view comes with a 3 story walk up. "

"New hotel with great facilities and excellent location next to a mall. Service is friendly and they gave us a lovely courtesy at check-in. Housekeeping could improve, as the room wasn’t cleaned after the third night and common areas need more attention. Overall very relaxed vibe—I’d happily stay again! "
