"It's a nice little place with all the amenities listed. Our family of 4 just wanted to go to the beach for the day and this was a great option as it is close to playa mantas and playa blanca. Chris, the property manager, was very helpful and even gave us some tips on where to park for our trip to the beach. The only criticism we have is that the sofa bed is not comfortable and cannot fit anyone over five foot six. We were hoping to use it for our teenage son but instead he had to share the bed...

"Everything was great. Exactly what we needed. Super convenient to the beach and also dozens of restaurants and shops. "

"Great location and quiet for a good night sleep. Bed felt comfortable but it was a little challenging to wash the dishes in the small bathroom sink. A really small dresser near the front door would be very helpful for storing clothes, electronics and other items."

"Mi estadía fue espectacular. El alojamiento está a solo unos pasos de la playa y la ubicación se siente como estar en un paraíso. Tuve la suerte de presenciar la liberación de tortugas al mar, una experiencia inolvidable. Hay supermercados muy cerca, lo cual hizo todo muy práctico. El apartamento estaba impecable y exactamente como se muestra en las fotos. El aire acondicionado y el agua caliente funcionaron perfectamente durante toda mi estadía. "The house was wonderful. Brian was a delight to work with. We are 5 friends on vacation and every one of us was comfortable. We loved that it was in a gated community and very close to the heart of town. The communal pool was a few short steps behind the house and it was better than some hotel pools. "Check-in it’s way too late, and check-out way too early how can a check-in at 4pm and a check-out at 10am be normal or even welcoming to guests? They crossed the line with those times, it didn’t make me feel welcome or respected and as if my money isn’t worth it, feels like they want you there the least amount of time possible. A positive thing about the club it’s the cleaning service, I was there for 2 nights only and the day after my check-in they cleaned the room and got us new clean towels,...
