"The Hotel was very nice. The room however had a damp smell and feel throughout the stay. Staff very nice and helpful. Pricing for food disappointing. Major difference between over charge and being ripped off. Two scoops of ice cream $17 USD which is completely ridiculous. The spa was very nice and clean. Hotel within walking distance of shopping and exploring. Very close to the airport. "

"This hotel was very nice. The area was prime and there were really nice markets as well as restaurants in walking distance. Derek (our butler) as well as the other staff we came in contact with were great and very accommodating. They made sure we were safe and had someone with us when we walked or went to the night market. They even walked us to restaurants at night. Poolside and the lobby areas were very comfortable. My only gripes are that the street traffic/noise was really loud so take ear...

"Be aware,they didn’t provide the service as Website mentioned,When the first day check in there’s nothing in the room .. No bottles water , Towel, no hair dryer, no Shampoo,patio chair was broken,also no internet.. 3rd day stay whole room no power at all for 5 hours .. and front desk is helpless.. I was trying to cancel my stay but I can’t because I have paid 7 days stay .. Won’t come back anymore ! "

"The property s clean with modern amenities. The staff were incredibly helpful even before our arrival. They were very communicative despite time difference. They arranged airport pick up, driver/car rental for the week, and excursion to Elmina and Cape Coast Castles. Our driver for most of the week, PK, was amazing. I was there for study and he arranged for tour guides who had expertise I needed for my study. He also had a wealth of information that was helpful and gave helpful suggestions....
