"受付スタッフは一生懸命さが伝わりよかった。 設備面では半年前に泊まりましたが、クーラが効かなかった。メンテナンススタッフ曰く：クーラのダスト掃除が全くできていない。 今回はドアーチェーンが壊れていた。すぐに対応してくれたが、通常の掃除をしていれば異常が判るはず。"

"Not all staff were helpful in getting us a grab or GoCar and pushed Bluebird which does not offer fixed price and has a bad reputation. Why push it when we specifically ask for other rides. They need to listen to the guests."
