The place worked for us; we have family about 10 blocks away. The outside needs some work and if the goal is to upgrade…I can see the opportunity.The inside is nice but could use a small table in the kitchen area. I bought a 6ft folding table and 5 chairs from Home Depot. I had local family that could take them when we were done. The dining room has 4 chairs and 4 folding… table fits 8 nicely…we actually managed 10 but it was tight.The kitchen amenities need to be improved, there were only 3 large plates and not enough silverware. The house is listed to sleep 8…bare minimum should be 8 of everything…12 would be better.The rest of the house was fine, 4 beds and 3 full baths worked well.My suggestion to the owners…concrete work outside!!!Fix the driveway it’s a hazard. Build out the area around the house if it were cement about 4 Ft over the sidewalk grade with an open fence rail it would provide a small outdoor sitting area and a place for a grill…could not cook a steak or burgers.Its ok, we made it work but had to import plates and silverware from family
