    The condo is on the ground floor with a private entrance and no shared hallways. The complex has 8 units.

    Golden is a former gold rush town at the foothills of the Rocky Mountains. Today it is a vibrant community that celebrates the history and welcomes visitors to enjoy world-class outdoor recreation, cultural attractions, and local charm.

Stay here if you love a clean place, great host, and a dedicated parking spot. Everything in Golden is walkable from this rental. Red Rocks is a short drive from here as well. We will definitely stay here again if we ever get back to Red Rocks.

Perfect location for a few concerts at Res Rocks! Grocery store, restaurants and other activities are all walkable. Condo was clean, well stocked and had everything we needed. We would stay here again!

The condo was perfect! Extremely close to downtown Golden, which is a beautiful area and the local people were so friendly and welcoming. The place was clean, well stocked, and the host was terrific and very helpful!

My husband and I have rented this vrbo before and we love it. It’s so clean, nice and comfortable. The location is fabulous too. The property manager is fabulous to work with and responds very fast if you have any question. I highly recommend this property.

Downtown Golden Basecamp was the perfect place to stay in this cute, very walkable small town. The apartment was just as described - very clean with a designated parking spot. We would definitely stay here again!

We loved the location of this apartment! We were close to many of the things we enjoy doing in Golden. The place was clean and had the things that we needed to cook some basic meals and make ourselves at home. We hope to stay again in the future!
