“ The Perfect Spot” In the heart of the city!

Guests are sure to enjoy a memorable vacation in this fully furnished, 3bedroom/2bath house.  Newly remodeled, inside and out! The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, with own master bathroom and soaking tub. The other rooms are furnished with queen-sized beds, comfortably accommodating up to 8 people.  The cozy living room is furnished with 2 full size couches, love seat, large TV and fireplace.  The kitchen is perfect for dining in. We have a dining table and kitchen table for eating and entertainment. The laundry room is equipped with a washer and dryer for you convenience. The enormous back yard is equipped with an inset fire pit, 20x30 sandbox with wood play-set for the kiddos and a huge patio. The driveway is equipped to hold 8 vehicles if travelers are arriving separately! Very spacious inside and out with an open layout! Also, we are one block away from Walgreens, Target, grocery store, liquor store, Sloans Lake Park, pizza, and 3 blocks from bars! 5 min uber to the heart of Downtown (Including Pepsi Center and Mile High Stadium)! We are located walking distance to dispensaries but ask NO SMOKING of any kind in the house as we like to keep our property immaculate for the next guest! Thanks, we hope you enjoy your stay! We are available by phone during the duration of your visit and will leave helpful information inside the house to get acquainted with your surroundings.

The host was super responsive- responded to texts within an hour, recommended things to do, gave tips on neighborhood, etc. the house was well equipped and has good amenities including a big parking lot, a backyard with grill and many patio furniture sets and a kids play area. The house was also close to the downtown which made drives easy. All over a pleasant stay.

The space was clean, and the living areas were larger than we anticipated, which was great for our group. The backyard space was large too, so we didnt feel crowded. The house had the amenities we expected, and the location is great for getting to stores and restaurants. We had a great time and couldn't have asked for a better spot. It is all one level and has a ramp, which is handy for bags. I reached out to the owner ahead of the stay and Michelle was quick to respond. Loved this place, and we can't recommend it enough.

Overall we were happy with our stay. The hosts were excellent, friendly communicators who responded quickly to questions. The home was clean, the beds and bedding were very comfortable, lots of nice bath towels were provided, the living room couch was large and comfortable to fit us all, and we appreciated there were things like toilet paper, hand soap, and dish soap available upon arrival. Overall it was way better than staying in a hotel as a family.Downsides: The description boasts the location, and while there was a shopping center and a public park with a lake very close by, the area in general was extremely rundown with lots of shutdown businesses, construction, and unhoused people. The area didn't feel safe or nice for walking around. The home is only accessible from one side of a busy road, so it wasn't easy to get to. Disappointing aspects inside the home included: only one smart TV in the living room, the TV in one of the bedrooms didn't work at all, remotes didn't have batteries, lighting throughout was awful (many lamps didn't work, lights that did work were fluorescent, the stove light included two exposed hanging bulbs); there were zero food storage options in the kitchen (no Tupperware, plastic wrap, aluminum foil, or ziplock bags); there was one butter knife; and it was difficult to be quiet when others were sleeping due to creaky floorboards, doors, and doorknobs. Perhaps the fact that the house is listed for sale is a factor in the lack of upkeep.

The property sits on a busy street where you hear cars/music until about 1am. A lot of homeless in the area. The house is currently for sale. The driveway and interior is spacious bit that’s about it. The interior needs updating

Big cozy couch

We all enjoyed the big cozy couch. The location of the property to bus stops and everything we wanted to do in and outside of the city was the biggest plus of the property. The house was overall was perfect, though the beds were on the firm side.

Nice big house

Great big house with plenty of room for everyone. My daughter loved the yard and playground! A bit of road noise, so if youre a light sleeper, avoid the main bedroom! Apart from that we had no issues!

Spacious & comfy

Lots of seating for visiting with a larger group. Master bath accessible through bedroom and laundry room so others could use it without passing through bedroom. Video games were fun for the boys. Great outdoor area.

The home is on a busy street near a less than desirable corner BUT:1. The backyard outdoor space with a lush green lawn, swingset and play area was perfect for and well utiluzed by our 3 year old grandson2. The other direction offers a beautiful park area3. Centrally located to all of our destinations 4. The hosts are very prompt in their replies and extremely helpful AND5. The home offered ample spaceAll of that outweighed the noise of the busy street.

Great stay!

This place really was the "perfect spot!" It was located in a great area with lots of things for us to do nearby. The house was very comfortable and spacious and our children loved playing in the outdoor play area. Can't wait to visit again!
