Welcome to your cozy retreat in Edgewater, CO! This downstairs guest suite is located in a prime spot between Denver, Lakewood, and gorgeous Sloan's Lake. Just a 10-minute stroll brings you to the park, perfect for biking, boating, and picnics. Don’t miss the Edgewater Public Market—great food, a rooftop bar, and charming boutiques, just a quick 5-minute bike ride away. Plus, The Edgewater Beer Garden is only two blocks down, serving up tasty bites and drinks. Enjoy your Cozy Below.
The space
This Cozy apartment has a 3/4 bath, bedroom with queen bed, living room, full kitchen and washer and dryer in the unit. Everything you need for a couple nights or weeks long stay!
Guest access
The entire downstairs unit is your private space. The entrance is the north side of the house. Please use your unique key code that is provided 2 days before your check in.
Other things to note
One pet per group is allowed. The pet must be under 150lbs. A non-refundable pet deposit of $94 per pet will be added to the cost of your stay. Owner must pick up excrement after the pet before departure. An additional fee of $500 will be charged if poop is left in the yard or house. Any additional damages caused by the pet will be charged to the reserving guest.
The maximum number of guests is 4, however we do require an additional $20 per night per guest over 2 guests.
