The Space:

Summit West is a massive, high-design, and amenity-rich group stay tailored for the modern explorer, the creative crew, and elevated events. It blends Rocky Mountain lodge warmth with Denver’s urban spirit, creating a moody, magnetic stay that is part luxe hideaway and part ultimate party pad.



Red Rocks is 25 minutes away, Downtown Golden is 15 minutes, Boulder is 25 minutes, and Golden Gate Canyon’s trailheads are just 10 minutes from the door. Lake Tucker is only a short walk away for an easy après-lake unwind before cocktails by the fire back home.

Bedrooms:

Each of the seven bedrooms carries its own name and personality, tied into the Summit West lodge experience. With 10 different beds to choose from, your group has plenty of room to spread out and enjoy!

- The Peak Suite: the primary retreat with a king bed, light-filled workspace, and private balcony overlooking the distant Denver skyline.

- Pine & Whiskey: two queen beds on the main level for easy accessibility, styled with rugged warmth.

- The Wildflower: a vaulted ceiling, spacious king bed, and extra room for gear or a pack-and-play.

- Ridge Rebel: a bold king suite with rustic lodge charm and a playful, adventurous spirit.

- The Highline: faux-leather wallcovering, bold art, and two reading chairs for quiet coffee or a glass of wine.

- Timber & Stone: a king bed framed by aspen-inspired wallpaper and views of the tree-lined yard.

- Aspen Noir: rich blue walls, a cloud-like ceiling, and two queen beds that turn every night into a winter-lodge escape.



Bathrooms:

The Peak Suite bath features a built-in jetted tub and a dedicated get-ready room for makeup, hair, and group prep before a night out. Other bathrooms keep things simple and efficient, and with five full-sized bathrooms in total, no one will ever wait long! The other bedrooms featuring en-suite bathrooms are:

- Pine & Whiskey

- The Wildflower & The Highline share a Jack-n-Jill bathroom

- Ridge Rebel

- Timber & Stone



Kitchen:

A chef’s playground with a large gas range and built-in flat top griddle, ceramic cookware, full bakeware, and everything needed to cook for a crowd — from pancakes to a holiday feast.



Living Room:

Vaulted ceilings, a fireplace, and space for the whole group to pile in for a cozy movie night.



Welcome Lounge:

Games, poker, a karaoke setup, and a custom neon glow make this the perfect space when the group wants to kick up the energy.



Back Patio & Hot Tub:

Two dining tables, a grill, and a seven person hot tub create an outdoor living zone for morning coffee or starlit soaks.



Fire Circle:

The centerpiece of the yard. A custom firepit with swinging chairs and seating for the entire group. Ideal for cocktails, s’mores, and reconnecting long into the night.



Pickleball Court:

A full-size court in the driveway. Rally, compete, and settle the score on who’s most competitive in the group.



Parking:

The oversized driveway has space for a dozen cars or even an RV. There are also 2 spots in the garage that your group is welcome to use!

- Red Rocks, 25 min

- Downtown Golden, 15 min

- Boulder, 25 min

- Golden Gate Canyon, 10 min

- Lake Tucker just blocks away!

I am available 24/7 to make sure your stay is as comfortable as possible, please get in touch with me via the app or by giving me a call! My number one priority is making sure you have the best time possible while staying in my home. Also, both early check in and late checkout are available available upon request! I am always happy to accommodate to the best of my ability. Please let me know if any adjustments to the default check in and checkout times would be helpful to your group.

Guest Access:

Nearly the entire home is at your disposal. There is an unfinished basement that is locked off from the rest of the house for safety reasons, but there is still plenty of space for you and your group to spread out!



Other Things to Note:

This home is family friendly! Please find amenities including a pack-n-play, a noise machine, and child-safe cutlery included at no additional charge for your convenience.



Being in Colorado, of course the home is pet-friendly as well! Please be aware that the back yard is not fenced in, so it's highly recommended that you keep your pet on a leash if they are hanging out with you in the yard. Speaking of your furry friend, sometimes accidents happen, so please be aware of the assortment of cleaning supplies available for your use under the sink.
