This property was absolutely perfect! We stayed for 9 days. Very modern and clean with abundant space. Beds are very comfortable, kitchen had all the amenities needed and more. The neighborhood is very cute and we walked to restaurants, coffee shops, boutiques and parks. The owner was very responsive and checked in to see if we needed anything. I will definitely stay again!

Located in a quaint & upcoming location with fun shops, great coffee shops & delicious places to eat. The Berkeley Hotel was very nice. Super modern, clean, comfortable, & spacious with great views of the park & mountains. Very nice balcony with views of the mountains during sunset. Would definitely stay here again.

Really enjoyed staying in the heart of Berkeley. The condo was excellent… a modern industrial style with a nice balcony and rooftop area. Condo was very clean and fully stocked with everything we needed. Quiet & easily accessible to so many restaurants and boutiques. The view from the balcony was really nice. The only con we have(and really doesn’t affect our rating because this is a great condo) was 2 of the 4 nights, the overhead light in the master bedroom would, multiple times, randomly come on and the fan would turn off. So strange and terrifying the first time it happened as it woke us up and we thought someone was in the condo. It happened every other night which is really weird. The host was made aware and they are investigating to find the problem. Would stay here again and recommend.

This is more like a furnished business suite than someone’s condo. I wouldn’t plan to cook. For my business meeting, it was perfect.

Perfect place to take in the Berkeley neighborhood. Close to downtown. Lots of room in the two bedroom unit. Comfortable beds and bedding. Responsive to renters’ requests. We would stay here again.

Stayed for a week with our family at this beautiful property and can’t wait to come back! Patio views of the mountains, a safe and kid-friendly park across the street, great restaurants and cute shops on the street below - it was everything we were looking for!

Close to downtown but still a pricy Uber ride if you are riding on a weekend night. Lots of bars and restaurants walking distance. Got a bit noisy but overall a really nice stay.

The condo was very convenient, clean, and stylish. The neighborhood has several coffee shops, breweries, food trucks, and yoga studios all within 2 blocks. There is no shortage of restaurants and cute shopping as well.

Beautiful area! Park across the street perfect if you have kids. Great restaurants and boutiques. Great Mother's Day weekend with family.
