PLEASE NOTE THE POOL IS OPEN ONLY ON SUMMER TIME (opens mid June and Closes Sep 2nd), so ask before to book the property. Family (infant, toddler, children) friendly professionally decorated and newly remodeled this comfortable house located on east Denver and just 30-35 mins from DIA and about 8 miles to Denver Downtown. This is the one of the great locations in Denver Metro area and convenient to drive any places like restaurants, activities and even to the mountains.

The house itself accommodates 6-8 people and you'll feel like it home during your stay. Extra crib, pack n’ play, high chair, baby bath, 2 child car seats, a stroller and swimballons available for your little ones and all hazard areas (plugs, edges, stairs etc) covered with proper child safety equipments. We didn't forget our adult guests for extra queen regular and air mattresses and extra sheets and blankets for your convenience. We clean the house by professionals and all beds equipped with high quality comfy sheets for you. High speed internet and Amazon Prime, Netflix and other medias available in our big screen 70'' Sharp Aquos TV.

Guests are able to access all parts of the space of the property. 2 car space garage is available for you and it makes your car cool in Summer and warm in Winter time. If you have more then two vehicle, there are lots of free parking space available around the house.

Nice home n neighbor hood (very friendly). For the most part was a great place to stay. Pics were a little off from actual appearance. Little paint for stairway n cobwebs at front door. Otherwise very clean.I also did let owner/manager of a couple items that needed attention and he got right back to me about fixing for the next family. I would stay at this home again when in Denver CO.

The property provided a convenient place for our group to sleep, and the pool area was a nice feature. It was fairly clean overall. However, a few things could be improved to make the experience more comfortable:• We noticed spiders in the home quite frequently, so regular pest control might be helpful.• Several window screens were torn—including in the master shower—which made it hard to enjoy fresh air.• The backyard hadn’t been mowed, making it feel uninviting and unusable.• The Wi-Fi connection upstairs dropped often, which was frustrating when using devices.• The living room furniture was very uncomfortable and made it hard to relax. With just a bit more attention to these details, the stay could be greatly improved. Thanks to the host for the accommodations.

Great for a family!

Our family had a great stay! The house was a little rough around the edges and they need a few more hand towels and blankets in the house, but the kids toys, and little extra comfort items in the house more then made up for it!

Very nice neighborhood big house

Very nice house with a lot of space. It was pretty clean but the fans were very dusty had to keep them off because of the baby. Other than that it was a good stay. The pool was pretty dirty and very cold but it was nice as well sat at and tanned.

Not the worst but wouldn't stay again

I booked this property because I have a baby, and I appreciated that it came equipped with a crib, baby gates, and high chair. It was also nice that it had two king beds. Many properties do not offer that. However, it was not the cleanest. My ten month old had filthy knees and feet from crawling around the property. I searched for a broom or mop to clean it myself but found none. All of us had bad allergies from the time we arrived until we left because of how dusty everything was - especially the blinds which had a very thick layer of dust all over them. We had to scrummage through the basement to try and find something that could work as covers for the pull out couch for my son. We took a pillow off a bed upstairs for him. There was not enough towels for everyone, so I ended up having to use a hand towel and one of my t shirts to dry off with. I do not appreciate having to pay a cleaning fee for a place that is not clean.

Short trip to Denver

We traveled for just a quick two night stay in Denver to visit family. The house was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. We were really only there to sleep and shower so we didn't use anything but the coffee maker in the kitchen but it was well supplied if you were to stay in and cook. Our host was wonderful and went above and beyond for us when we couldn't find my son's wallet. He was very quick to communicate and so helpful. Other than that, everything was self-explanatory, check-in and checkout were simple, the instructions provided were easy to follow. The neighborhood pool is super close, we didn't get a chance to go, but it looked really nice. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for having us!

Nice Family Home

We had a family vacation/combined trip for athletics bring us to Denver. We stayed in the home for a week. We sought out a home with pool access specifically and were willing to pay for it and to be slightly further away from where we needed to be for the pool. The home was great to give a family of 6 with kids of all ages plenty of space. Clean and spacious inside and the garage access was very convenient. The host replies within a timely manner. The bummer for us was the pool was not available for us to utilize until the last 2 days of our stay. We were not aware until arrival of the issues with the pool unfortunately.

Great Place

Jax’s place was perfect! It was in a great neighborhood, my kids enjoyed the pool and playground which were very close to the house (One house in between). House was beautiful and great for our needs. We were there for a softball tournament and it was a great place to come home to and rest!

Pleasant Stay

Great location and quiet neighborhood. Host was quick to respond to text messages and questions. Bedrooms had black out shades and the beds were comfortable. Really liked the convenience of putting my car in a garage at night. Could have been cleaner but nothing that would keep me from staying here again. Disappointed that the house isn’t available for my upcoming trip in August.

This home offers good access to the medical centers, both the Children't Hospital and Natl. Jewish Health. The garage was super convenient especially the morning it snowed! Loved having the washer and dryer. Thank you for sharing with the Pompei family during our time of need.
