Very nice one bedroom apartment. The host was very nice and easy to communicate with. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. The apartment had everything you could have needed for a trip to Colorado. We enjoyed our stay there very much. Hoping to go back soon.

So comfortable and has all the little conveniences that you would want in a place to stay like spices, washer-dryer, blankets, and complete sets of cookware and dishes. We stayed here for a week, and we felt very comfortable because of these little things that you often forget or want while traveling. Because of this place, we were able to check out so much of the city and have a home base to come back to each evening. Thank you!!

Cindy was a wonderful host. She was very communicative with the check-in process prior to our first day. She had clear instructions posted on how to access wifi and expectations upon check-out. The property was clean, spacious, and fully-furnished… It was perfect for what my spouse and I needed durning our stay in Denver. The price was great as well. If we weren’t moving to the Denver area soon, we would definitely stay here again. That said, I would definitely recommend this property anyone visiting the Denver area.

Perfect for our short stay

This home was so enjoyable. It was comfortable and had everything we needed from a stove, oven and washer and dryer. My husband and I only stayed for 2 night but it felt like home away from home. Would love to stay here again!

My fiance stayed here for a conference and it was nothing but perfect. Our least favorite thing is going to a barebones property, this space was the complete opposite. It felt as if we were staying in someone’s house -not just an extension of one- where there was every cooking utensil you needed, soaps, extra blankets, etc. Gave us a sense of nostalgia! Highly recommend.

Wonderful place!! Bright & airy & peaceful space, plenty of room and a well stocked kitchen. Places to walk close by and plenty of dining and shopping options close by. Quick access to I-25 and all rhe surrounding communities. We were blessed with several unseasonably warm days for late Oct/early Nov and even sat on the deck! We've rented other places n the area while visiting fily and all were in basements so we were usually too hot or too cold. This spacw has it's own heat/air & thermostat!! Would highly recommend.
