Please help us keep cleaning costs low by starting one load of towels in the washing machine and one load of dishes in the dishwasher.

It was a fine little house and a great place for the three of us to stay. Quiet neighborhood and easy to find. The split bedrooms and dual living spaces is a nice addition. Communication with our host was prompt and very easy. Recommend.

Loved our trip overall. Home was nice, but not as clean as we are used to with other VRBOs. Cobwebs and dusty fans, some mold and old grout in upstairs bathroom.

Week Trip

Easy to find. Reasonable size but could be a bit cramped for more than 5 people. Everything worked, though the upstairs shower was a bit lacking in water pressure and small to the point I had to crouch a bit due to my height. In general though, no issues.Walmart, gas station, and multiple food options very close by. Neighborhood was quiet. Owner responded quickly any time I messaged.

Graduation Gift Getaway

We came out to Denver for our second son's graduation getaway. Got him tickets to a concert at Red Rocks and the location from the property was a breeze on highway 470. The property was perfect for our family of four. Beautiful, spotless, home, love the layout. It was so nice having breakfast at the house in the morning then going out sightseeing/hiking for the day and coming back to enjoy dinner out on the private patio in the evening. The neighborhood was quiet and there's an entrance to a beautiful park. Nearby Cherry Creek is a fabulous area with great restaurants, bars and shopping. John was always available if need be and made information for check in and out readily available. We would definitely stay at this beautiful Centennial property again.

Very nice house in great location

Overall a very clean and comfortable place. Although the water pressure upstairs was nonexistent the lower level bathroom worked great. Owner was very quick in responding and asking if we wanted something done immediately and we declined as it wasn't a big deal for the two of us. Very good location in a very quiet neighborhood on a cul-de-sac street so very little traffic. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it for those who need space in a comfortable home! There is plenty of room for people to spread out if you have those who need it. Outside in the back there are two tables with chairs and again the back yard is very quiet. We took our ebikes out to Aurora Reservoir and rode around it in both directions as it was very close and nice. We were very happy with this place.

Perfect Place!

Our friend was graduating from nursing school at MSU Denver and we stayed here for a week. John and Alan's place was perfect for us. The location/neighborhood was nice and quiet yet not a long trek from the airport or into the city. The house itself was super clean and very comfortable. There was plenty of space for us all to hang out together. The kitchen was well equipped, and it was nice having a washer and dryer on site as well as two bathrooms. We would certainly stay here again if we were back in the area!

Good home base for CO sight seeing

This was a great location for sightseeing the Denver metro area and the towns to the south of Denver without having to navigate the traffic of the more central metro cities every day. The split level was great. There was comfortable lounging space for everyone while stil being ale to chat while cooking.

Wonderful family get away

House inside was tastefully decorated. Had everything we needed plus more. 3 full size beds, two living rooms, plenty of TV's. Kitchen very roomy. Located close to nearby shopping. Just a very relaxing house! Host connected with us to be sure all was ok. Host was great to work with! Highly recommended!
