Step through the hot pink front door and into the foyer adorned with the original hand-painted glass globe chandelier that was offered with all Craftsman Sears homes.

The antique home has original polished hardwood floors throughout, updated bathrooms and stainless steel appliances. On the main floor there is a cozy living room with a smart TV and a large sofa and loveseat. Through the living room is a bright dining area overlooking the backyard and a great kitchen for those who want to prepare meals together at home. Off the kitchen is a full bathroom with a walk-in shower. Upstairs there are three bedrooms and one bathroom with a tub-shower combo.

At the front of the house is a lovely covered porch to sit and enjoy a cool drink. The well-manicured backyard is fully fenced in and has a large outdoor shower, grill, hammock and a shed with lots of beach essentials.

For a more formal sit-down meal that you won’t forget, take a short drive to The Ocean House that offers upscale cuisine and overlooks Nantucket Sound.

Other nearby attractions to put on your must-do list: Play a round of golf at Dennis Highlands Golf Course or Dennis Pines; explore one of the many local beaches (Depot Street Beach is a 15-minute walk and Sea Street Beach is a 20-minute walk from the house) or kayak down Bass River.
