  • One of the nicest studios around and less than 3/4 mile to the beach!
    Beautiful, spacious, comfortable 500 s.f. detached studio with private 600 s.f. outdoor deck with ocean, lagoon, and nature reserve views. Property is walking distance to beach, the Torrey Pines State Natural Reserve, and a variety of great restaurants. Downtown Del Mar, with its wonderful beach-front restaurants, charming shops, L'Auberge Hotel, Del Mar Plaza, scenic Seagrove and Powerhouse Parks, beaches and nearby Del Mar Racetrack, is approximately 3 miles away.
    This custom designed studio features a spacious outdoor roof deck with magnificent views of the ocean, lagoon and nature reserve, and is the perfect location to watch the sunset, bird watch, or just chill with a good book under the covered lounging area.
    The interior is well designed and nicely furnished and decorated with tasteful art, and luxurious bedding. Kitchen contains a two-burner stove, refrigerator, convection oven, toaster, microwave, cooking utensils and nice assortment of pots and pans. High-definition programming is available for viewing on a 40' flat screen tv. Wireless internet access is available on site.
    This is an exceptional piece of property located in a fantastic area at the end of a quiet street next to the Nature Reserve.
    Not suitable for children ages 2-12. Note: security doorbell and garage camera in use on property.

The room was clean, light, well laid out, and perfect for a couple staying for a long weekend. We especially liked the ability to use the roof top patio and the Del Mar area was perfect. Proximity to the beach and restaurants on Camino del Mar were highlights of our trip.

Amazing property with roof deck overlooking the lagoon and distant views of the ocean. Walking distance to the beach, trails through a canyon, and Roberto’s, an iconic San Diego taco shop. Would definitely stay here again. Close enough to the interstate to get some noise on the deck but volume depends on wind direction. Host was great.

Perfect for a little getaway to California. It’s in a great location, walking distance to town and beach, and you feel like your a local. Well appointed room and kitchen, easy parking and check-in, just enough distance from the owners home to feel private yet taking care of, if needed. Highly recommend.

Beautiful place to stay in Del Mar! Host was fantastic. They were very helpful and had every accommodation you could ask for. Had amazing lists of ideas to try out. We loved the roof top patio. We sat out there every morning and evening. It’s about a one mile walk to the beach. We would grab a coffee and burrito on our walks down there. Very clean and amazing place to stay! No ridiculous check in/out process. We wouldn’t think twice about coming back!

Adam was great to work with: timely & courteous in his communication. Property is perfect for 1 or 2 people: well-furnished, clean, quiet & intimate. Loved the roof top sitting area for relaxing with a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening.Was there 4 days & never had a problem finding street parking directly in front of the unit. Gate enters into a beautifully landscaped courtyard, property was well-stocked we everything we could want. Easy walk down to the beach & local restaurants/coffee shops.Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended.

Lodging was clean and had everything we wanted. Location is convenient to many area attractions. Very convenient to Del Mar restaurants and Torrrey Pines. Several good places to eat within walking distance. The host shared great recommendations for restaurants and things to do. We especially enjoyed the private deck overlooking the lagoon. We highly recommend and would love to visit again.
