Evolution Apartments are in a great location; 5 mins walk to Roma Street Station and about the same to Queen Street Mall. The views of the river were stunning. The apartment was clean though some mould is building in the shower recess. A well equiped kitchen and we were so pleased to have a washing machine! Only downside was the noise of the traffic along the Riverside which made sitting on the balcony impossible. I would stay again as it is so very convenient.

Staff is super friendly and it was clean. The property itself was a bit dated and the wear shows. It was just an okay experience for me.

As it was winter it was freezing cold and the restaurant downstairs had everything wide open so we were unable to dine in and ended up with room service
