"This property was excellent in overall. Wonderful staff, great access to places, safe environment. I would have given it 5 stars all around if it wasn’t because of the stiff bed and soggy pillows. The bed were so hard that I had to sleep on the sofa the last 4 nights out 6. Also the cleaning staff only never changed my sheets and asked me if I thought the floor needed mopping. To which I reply “what do you think?”. But I would stay there again the next time. Just need to request a pillow top. "

"There was one working elevator however guest kept trying to overfill it causing it to not work a couple times during the stay. The bathroom in my room wasn't cleaned properly. I received text messages around children of other guest misbehaving that were offensive as i was the only african American there at that time. "
