Amazing location, protected lagoon with spring vents, 100 yards to open water in Kings Spring, near Plantation Resort, floating 20' x 8' dock with seating, trailer parking, natural built in easy kayak launch with 4 high end kayaks, large backyard with shade and Adirondack seating around rock fire pit with low voltage night lighting. Two Bedrooms, Two full bathrooms newly refurbished, high end sleeper sofa for your extra guests. High Speed Wifi with office center, Chef's kitchen with large island, chiseled edge granite, wolf range top, and 6 foot wide built in refrigerator/freezer for entertaining. Outside covered sitting area with wifi flat screen and river views. Water hose and power at dock for easy vessel wash-down. Matching white hotel quality linens and pillows, towels, and bed covers. *Use of kayaks, dock, firepit and all recreational activities are at users' own risk as this is a natural landscape as are all river homes and use of door code to enter property is acknowledgement of such.

This is one of the most classy and comfortable houses Ive ever stayed. Such a stunning location and beautiful sunsets from the extensive back yard. It is right on Kings Bay. I would give it 10 stars if allowed. Just excellent and I would return again. I hated to leave.

Loved it! Place felt homey and relaxing. Enjoyed a night by the fire. I told them how many people i had and they made sure to have enough kayaks for us. Fishing off the dock with some visitors like turtles, crabs and Manatee.

Beautiful and convenient location! Easy to get to both the manatees and Rainbow River, plus lots of cute shops and restaurants. The house was stocked with all of the basics making a quick long weekend trip much easier.

BEST VRBO I've ever stayed at. We came for a manatee bucket list girls trip. Mission accomplished!!!Excellent location; spacious; LOTS of amenities (kayaks; firepit; new appliances; washer/dryer; crab trap; masks/snorkels; dive flag; fishing poles). Can kayak to restaurants; can swim off dock. Has outdoor shower. HUGE outdoor area.We asked for access to a cooler and beach towels and the hosts delivered. Hosts were accessible and returned questions in a good turn around response time. Only minutes away from everything: the town; manatee excursions.Didn't include pics of VRBO bc. their pics are perfect and not photo shopped. Highly recommend!!! Will stay here again.

Very clean great open area inside where we cooked family meals and had a great time visiting and relaxing! We fished off the dock and kayaked to the Three Sisters spring which is beautiful. What a great family vacation and memories!

Exceeded expectations!

Best property we have ever stayed at! Fantastic amenities. There was a manatee in the canal next to the dock the last day we stayed there. Truly magical location. The hosts are well organized and communicative.

Very nice house

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the house. Tailor was easy to communicate with and did so promptly. The house was immaculate altho it was not ready when promised. A text or phone call telling us would have been appreciated. Beds were very comfy.The outside space is great, including the seating, fire pit and kayaks. Lots of hours were spent fishing off the dock. The bugs were very bad when we were there, but we chalked that up to the time of the year,etc.-certainly not the owners fault. The only place to play games or cards is at the island with the four stools.There are no end tables or lamps in the house so finding a place to put your drink was awkward. Also, in the bedrooms there is absolutely no place to put your clothes so we had to live out of our suitcases. The bathrooms don't have any hooks to hang your towels.The door to the garage and then the door to the exterior did not lock - we could push them open.I would probably not rent again, especially when I contacted the owner and he said he had heard those same complaints before but obviously didn't do anything about it.

Cool property, great outdoor area including floating dock. Turtles, mullet and manatees off the dock! We all enjoyed our stay. Only plus would be if there were beach chairs to use at King’s Bay beach

Great stay!

Beautiful place, convenient location, easy water access with kayaks onsite, fire pit stocked with firewood, and great communication from hosts!We saw tons of manatees, were able to kayak to restaurants and all the nearby springs, located in the middle of multiple parks and beaches, and hiking/biking trail right down the road. We will certainly book again!
