RV port space ONLY must bring your RV or travel trailer it is a parking space for a recreational vehicle or travel trailer pop-up trailer. there is no room there is no bathroom it is just a space to park either on the cement if your rig is not too big or on the grass with water and power on the Withlacoochee bike trail in Inverness 46 miles of beautiful bike trails less than 1 mile from downtown Inverness in Liberty Park less than 2 miles away from Fort Cooper State Park. close to Winn-Dixie Publix all the nightlife in Inverness. This is only for RVs or Campers or vans that want to stay under the 50 Foot RV carport there is only water and electricity no Dump Station dump station is down the street a couple of miles away or you can call a septic company to clean it out. there is also space for chairs to sit under the carport I do not have chairs I do not have tables you have to bring your own. across the street from the world-famous Withlacoochee bike trail this is a beautiful place to stay for snowbirds or rvers or campers no bicycles are available you have to bring your own bicycles. house and garage are off limits the deck behind the house is also off limits. lots of space and close to everything. Parks boat ramp is less than 1 mile from the house. Ferris Groves Fruit Stand all the restaurants in downtown Inverness and nearby areas Burger Station Hernando Ocala Citrus Springs Rainbow River 70 miles from Disney World and 78 miles from Tampa. 20 miles from beautiful rainbow River State Park in ocala . 30 ,50 amp and 110 volt services. Winter months monthly better rates text for pricing. the space that is being rented is the space to the left of the garage underneath the big RV port only. you cannot park a vehicle in front of the garage door underneath the carport that is being used. you can use your barbecue next to the RV port on the grass. thank you very much.
