"This is the second time we stayed at Manna house, the other being in the summer and it was another wonderful stay. Both stays were lovely, our favourite however was our winter stay as there was a real feeling of coziness as the snow was on the ground as we looked over the water from the cedar hot tub. "My husband and I spent four nights in this delightful cottage. The accommodation was spotless and perfectly equipped for guests. We loved the views over the water and were thrilled with the property's many outdoor sitting areas, as well as high-bank beach access. Would not hesitate to recommend this as a fabulous get-away."

"Thank you Doug and family...your cabin and the entire property was amazing! The kids loved exploring everything outside - the creek was a magical and great place to cool down, the tree house which had a great view of everything and lots of fun swings, the cool teepee, and the firepit (gas) where they were able to roast their beloved marshmallows. "Tannis and Hans are charming hosts who made our visit special and personal. Our room was sweetly decorated and, importantly, had a very comfortable queen bed. Hans prepared delicious breakfasts each of our two mornings, over which we had fun and interesting conversation. After breakfast check out the charming pond-side village created by Hans. As an extra convenience, the couple was kind enough to let us charge our EV in the carport. "

"Cozy, rustic little cabin - a little small for 6 mature adults - only 4 chairs for dining. Great location but hard to find in the dark. The outhouse and woodstove came in handy when the power was out. We had a great time tho'!"

"It’s a quaint little place 10 minute drive outside of town. Although the property is quite dark a motion sensor light above the door made it quite easy to access my room. And although I’m not a overly private person there was just no need to interact with Russell so he left me too find my way. Overall it was a pleasant experience and I would stay there again."

"Everything was great except for the cleanliness of the room. There was a smell in one of the corners right beside the bed. There was thick dust on top of the headboard. There were brown stains on the bathroom door. The amenities were great. Love the coffee machine in the optimism lounge & the water dispenser. "Very clean and well decorated. Owner works very hard to provide a nice place to stay. However, the way the property is portrayed on the web site, we expected an ocean fronting unit with access to the shore from the door of the unit. That is not accurate. It is down the driveway, across the main road of the island and 7 - 10 min walk (for us) to a rocky (but very nice) beach. The owner has done a nice job with the unit, small hot tub in small private deck and the sauna across the street and down...
