While the lobby was stark and poorly decorated, the room was very comfortable, with a small refrigerator, microwave, basic dining utensils and dishes. Very comfortable bed. Housekeeping was unreliable and had to be requested in advance. Employees at the front desk provided items such as toilet paper and instant coffee that housekeeping forgot to provide with no questions asked. While there...

Wer Frühstück inklusive hat, bekommt ein Gericht nach Wahl und ein Getränk kostenlos. Es gibt eine Parkgarage, ein Gym mit Sauna und einen Pool. "Communication prior to the stay was laborious, more than we’ve ever had anywhere around the world. The location was perfect so close to the cruise shop terminal and close to ferries and shops. A well maintained unit. A slight glitch getting in but we figured it out."

"The biggest issue we had with our stay was the lighting in the room. It was quite poorly lit and all the color schemes in the room tended toward dark materials. A second issue was with the check-in. This was a mixed result depending on who was waiting on you. We arrived early and got conflicting stories about when the room would be available, and then we were not informed when it was finally available. The biggest positives were that the bed was comfortable and the room was quiet."
